Rev.
Dr. Kenneth R. Washington
Dr. Washington received a Bachelor of Science Degree from The
University of Houston in 1978. He was granted the Degree of
Master of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
in May 1996. The Degree of Doctor of Ministry was conferred
upon him in May 2000 from Houston Graduate School of Theology.
In
October 1996, he was established as Pastor of First New Hope
Bible Church. In obedience to God, he came to Northwest Houston
and located 5.92 acres of land, which the church acquired and is
the present location of FNHBC and INCOP.
Dr.
Washington is the devoted husband of Karen and the father of
four girls: Bianca, Brandi, Khaila, and Kiirah. Retired from
regular employment, Dr. Washington has committed himself to the
work of the ministry and is the full time Pastor of First New
Hope Bible Church. He continues to tutor students at Nitsch
Elementary School as part of the church's Outreach Program
