Inwood North Community Outreach Program (INCOP) is a non-profit 501c3 community development corporation located in the Inwood North Community of Houston, TX.

INCOP was organized in October of 1999 as an outreach effort that began as a sports and recreation program for neighborhood youth and quickly grew to include computer training, tutoring, and mentoring for both youth and adults.

Initial programs and services were offered only at the INCOP center, but due to increased awareness and success of the program, INCOP now partners with local schools and other organizations to provide an expanded list of services.

INCOP currently offers an after-school program, after-school tutoring program, computer training program for adults, and a youth summer camp.

INCOP has consistently focused on its mission of “empowering children and adults in Northwest Houston through education and training to achieve success” to promote, foster, and initiate programs aimed at supporting the family unit.

INCOP services are available to families in the Inwood North/Garden City Park area (Inwood North).

INCOP’s vision for the future is driven by the need to provide the Inwood North community with unlimited access to and knowledge of technology, thus providing them with the necessary tools, which will allow them to become more competitive in the job market and enhance their learning experience
